all know, 2008 was the year of the worst global financial crisis ever, the firestorms of international crisis slashed the body of all stock markets and is till threatening all companies globally from small ones to big giants MNCs and TNCs
some big companies whacked big international banks and insurance companies went bankrupt global leaders got scared and summited to make serious decisions
according to Peter f.Drucker the father of modern management, and whom i respect a lot
management means a four-stage process
plan
organize
lead
control
the financial crisis implicates only on lack of global managerial skills and abilities to do above activities and to predict future
Drucker says: "future is unpredictable and the only way to predict future is to make it"
global strategies, theorist and mangers failed making future because they tried to predict it in a different way and they believe in what they were doing
to avoid such deadly phenomena in future, mangers should learn from 2008
a comprehensive set of diagnostic studies must be undertaken and published to be globally broadcast and publicized
giants were hit and they normally dont like to be hit again
offensive and deffensive policies must be imposed immediately
these are my understanding and beliefs synoptically written here

this is the only cure for this illness, because it is easily understood that, 2008 financial crisis is not only financial but it is operatically and strategic as well
